Our focus at Vibo is being the best tool for planning events. Some features may feel similar to a CRM, though Vibo itself it's not a CRM. Most of our customers, choose to use both so they complement each other.

Vibo works seamlessly with the tools DJs already use every day, including:

- Streaming: Spotify (with real-time sync), Apple Music and Beatsource.
- If you use Tidal or another streaming service, we recommend using Spotify or Apple Music and then convert the playlist using Soundiiz or TuneMyMusic, (at the moment, Tidal doesn’t have an official API).
- Zapier.
- DJEP, Honeybook or any other CRM (via Zapier).
- Serato, Virtual DJ, DJay Pro, Rekordbox or any other DJ Software that can handle M3U playlists.

Yes, a quick sign-up is needed so your clients can securely access their event and collaborate with you. Your clients can join and use the app for free, they just need to sign up and get started with email, Apple of Google Log In.

Some of the benefits of having your clients download your app are:

- You can skip their inbox and long email lists, and send them push notifications and reminders directly to their phones.
- Ease of use, whenever they think of a song they can open the app (rather than login on the web).
- Smoother client experience.

Furthermore, we have weekly Meetups in a group setting, to help you improve your Vibo level, every Monday at 1pm EST. All calls are recorded and saved in the Vibo Academy, where you can rewatch them and learn best practices.

When paused, your account will switch to read-only mode. Clients can still view events, answer questions, and add songs, but you won’t be able to edit existing events, create new events, assign/unassign DJs, or download PDFs.

We keep things simple with one subscription that includes everything you need to deliver a professional experience. You can choose between a monthly or yearly plan, depending on what works best for you.
